Great job to everyone who competed Saturday! It was a blast as promised. From WOD 1 to WOD 5 everyone did above and beyond what could have been expected of them. When doing a competition as an individual I may let myself down from time to time, but I'll be damned if I ever let any of you down! It was an amazing feeling to know that there were 19 other people who felt the same way on Saturday!
We came out a little shakey on WODs 1 and 2. In WODs 3, 4 and 5 we showed our true grit and absolutely smashed all three. From #1 to #20 each and every team member completely refused to quit, slow down or except the onset of fatigue. Most of all every member of Team Explode carried themselves with the sportsmanship of champions and true to CrossFit fashion cheered on our opponents.
WELL DONE EXPLODE!!
