"SNEAKER BOMB"
At the beginning of every minute on the minute complete 1 Push Press…95/45, and 1 KB Swing…53/35. First minute 1 PP and 1 KB. Second minute 2 PP, 2 KB and so on until you can no longer complete the reps associated with that minute for both exercises.
Record the minute you last completed both exercises and their reps
