Dana Hurley:
Dana Hurley is a licensed massage therapist and a member of the American Massage Therapy Association. Dana has an ongoing interest in anatomy and physiology. Dana received her B.A. in Fine Art from St. Joseph’s University and finished her massage therapy training at Cortiva Institute. She has worked as an EMT and as a medical assistant. She approaches each massage from a therapeutic standpoint and uses her medical experience to help assess each client. Dana is certified in Craniosacral Fascial Therapy and trained in Orthopedic Massage. She also has training in Myo-fascial Release, Swedish Massage, Sports Massage, and experience with Pregnancy Massage and Lymphatic Drainage.

Sue McClain:
Sue was certified in CrossFit Level 1 instruction in 2010 and CrossFit Olympic Lifting in 2013 and has been CrossFitting since 2009 . Sue graduated from Lebanon Valley College and the Philadelphia College of Pharmacy and Science with her Master’s in Physical Therapy, and has been in practice for almost 19 years. She is the Clinical Director of Keystone Rehabilitation Systems in Frazer, and is certified in Mechanical Diagnosis and Therapy, a specialization in Spine Therapy, and utilizes other treatments like Kinesiotaping and Graston. Here she has been able to combine two passions into a specialized niche: CrossFit and rehabilitation of CrossFit athletes. Her goal—to keep her clients in CrossFit as long and safely as possible. She has treated many athletes, including several Regional Games athletes, from several local boxes: Crossfit Elation, Crossfit Inspire, Crossfit Royalty, Crossfit Valley Forge, Crossfit West Chester Explode, Crossfit West Chester and Crossfit Proven. Sue coaches the Isolated Strength and Mobility class at Crossfit Inspire and at Crossfit Elation. Sue trained at CrossFit Inspire in Frazer for 4 years before opening Crossfit Elation in 2013.
As a collegiate athlete at Lebanon Valley College, where she still holds 5 school records, Sue was a two-time All American Field Hockey player, and has been inducted into both the Lebanon Valley College Hall of Fame and the Delaware County Hall of Fame.
