3×15 Deadlift
3×15 Chest to Bar Pull Ups
(place feet on a bench, put a bar in the rack 3' off the ground and do these pull ups horizontal to the ground)
2×15 Hang Muscle Snatch
2×15 Med Ball Toes To Bar
*note– all movements are still slow and controlled for full range of motion except for the T2B's
