There is still time to register and compete. Registration has to be done by this Sunday before 8pm. We will be holding the workouts here at CrossFit Explode Saturday at 1pm. When you do your workout 13.1 you will be given a time and a score from your judge. You must submit your score and time completing the last 30 snatches on your athlete profile and we will then validate it. Your friends and family are invited to Explode on Saturday to cheer you on and watch you kick butt!!!
