Sue McClain is a local CrossFitter and a physical therapist from the area. She will be at Explode Sunday the 19th at 12:00pm (the day after the Combine) to do our PRE-OPEN PRE-HAB. This will be a comprehensive seminar covering movement issues and appropriate solutions to common mobility faults. Space is limited to 30 attendees, registration is $10 and there will be a sign up sheet at the front desk starting at 5pm on 1/8/14. Get your spot and get your body sorted out!!
