**Anyone competing tomorrow, come in, get a sweat and brush up on some skills. We have all been working hard day in and day out. The work is done. We do what we do because it is fun. Remember that on Saturday. It's time to have fun!

 I will be at the gym Saturday 7:30am, anyone who wants to go to the competetion at CFWC, meet me there and follow me over. If you want to meet us over there the address is:

Competitors meet there at 8am, the fun starts at 8:30am.
