Strength:  L-Muscle Ups or L-Pull Ups n L-Ring Dips

If you can't do L-Mu's, do a regular MU and lower urself into the bottom position holding an L-sit. If you don't have MU's do L-Pull Ups and L-Ring Dips. If you don't have Pull Ups or Ring Dips, jump up into the top position and slowly lower into the bottom.
