Note: This WOD is in memory of the fallen soldiers at Fort Hood. Four members of CrossFit Lumberjack were killed on that day. Lets do this WOD for them! All over the world our military put their lives on the line for us. Most of the time it is on foreign soil, this time it was here at home.
