*CONGRATULATIONS to all those who took part in this weekend's workouts. It is truly inspiring to see the effort and camaraderie of this community come together and not just support but participate in the development of true fitness for each other. As a coach I couldn't be more proud of everyone's performance from the elite athletes to those who have just been lucky enough and have worked hard enough to have the inner strength to participate in something they may not have been able to do a short time ago.
