Day 2 of a weekend of workouts, come out and cheer on your fellow Explode athletes. First heat kicks off at 10am. 10 Women and  10 Men will compete for the Top 6 Men and the Top 6 Women to train as Team Explode for the upcoming 2013 CrossFit Games.
