Strength/ Skill: HSPU's (handstand push ups) – If you cannot perform a handstand pushup, work on getting one. Get your body into the handstand position against the wall with arms completely locked out and slowly lower your head to the ground (i.e. negatives). If you do have HSPU's, work on multiple reps and using the paralettes to further your range of motion.
Auxiliary: 200 Situps, at the bottom of every minute do 10 K2E's
