AMRAP 7min of:

400m Run then:

5 Pull Ups

10 Push Ups

15 Air Squats

1min Rest

AMRAP begins with a 400m run then the remainder of 7mins we be used to gather as many rounds and reps of "Cindy".  After the 7mins is up there will be 1min of rest before beginning the next round of 7min AMRAP with again a 400m run.
