Ok, we are starting this week off with our annual MURPH. Expect to be a little worn out Tuesday and Thursday. That being said, we will be backing off high volume stuff for the remainder of the week to recover.
Goals for this week are to continue strengthening our connective tissue with “BUILDER” before the daily metcon on Wednesday and Friday and continue with Olympic lifting Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday.
Wednesday we go long and light with some bike and reverse sled drags. Thursday we’ll get after interval training with ski and running. Saturday is HEAVY. Sunday will be a day dedicated to recovery after the 8:30am Olympic class.
