This week will be similar to the previous week.
Goals for this week are to continue “MURPH” preparation, continue strengthening our connective tissue with “BUILDER” before the daily metcon and continue with Olympic lifting Sunday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Wednesday we go long and light with multiple movements. Thursday we’ll get after interval training with the machines. Saturday is HEAVY. Sunday will be a day dedicated to recovery after the 8:30am Olympic class with Zone 2 at 9:30am and YOGA at 10:45am!
