*Sundays 9:30a class program looks similar to our previous “Endurance Class”. However, the intended stimulus is different. The new Zone 2 class on Sunday are meant be at an easy to moderate pace. You should be able to carry a conversation.
These are longer workouts with a lower intensity that will help us recover from the weeks work we did and get us ready for the weeks work ahead.
