Box Jumps… 30" box

Body Weight Bench Press

KB Swings… 2 pood

Burpee Pull Ups

DB Thrusters… 45 pounds (each hand)

Bruce and BQ doing "Dirty 30" before CrossFit Explode.  Form is off on many exercises (CnJ, Box jumps and Thrusters), can you tell where?  Post answers to comments.  It will be interesting to see how far along we have come.
