Get a partner and a 95/45 pound bar. Take your 95/45 pound bar and your partner down to the corner of Barnard and Church. Between the two of you complete 80 Reps of Back Squat. Take your Bar down to the corner of Church and Union St. Between the two of you complete 80 SDLHP's. Take your bar down to the corner of Union and High St. Complete 80 Hang Cleans. Take your bar down to the corner of High and Barnard St. and complete 80 Thrusters.
(In order to advance your bar, it must be carried overhead in a locked out position. If bar is dropped, put down or comes to rest, each partner must complete 15 Burpees.)
