– One partner rows while the other holds a Deadlift…225/155. Partner can only row while the barbell is off the ground. If the barbell is dropped, partners switch.
200 Double Unders
– One partner performs Double Unders while the other holds the top position of a HSPU. If the partner comes down from the HSPU, partners switch.
100 Toes to Bar
– One partner does T2B while the other hangs from the pull up bar.
50 Shoulder to OH…135/95
– One partner does the S2OH while the other holds the barbell in the rack position.
