ENDURANCE- "FILABUSTER"
With one or two partners complete:
40min AMMAP (as many meters as possible) on Rower
-while partner 1 rows, partner 2 and partner 3 will complete:
5 Burpees
10 Wall Balls…20/14 pounds…10/8 feet
400m Run
When partner 2 and 3 return from the 400m Run, partner 2 will replace partner 1 on the Rower while partner 1 and 3 will move to the burpees, WB's and Run (in this scenario partner 3 does the burpees, wb's and run twice before their turn on the rower). When partner 1 and 3 return from the run, partner 3 will then replace partner 2 on the row and so on for 40min.
