We are running the Hero WOD “JIMMY DYCE” today. Stop by and bring your friends and family even if you didn’t sign up to do the workout. Show your support for a fallen American hero and relative of Ed Jr., Ed Sr., Helen, Johnny and Maria Fordyce. First heat kicks off at 10am. If you’ve registered to participate in the workout be there to check in at 9am.
