200m Partner Sled Push…140/90 pounds
(100m one partner pushes sled the other backpeddles)
100 Wall Ball Sit Ups…20/14 pounds
(WB Sit Ups can only be done while one partner holds the top of the ring dip)
10 Rope Accents
400m Run
