Big news if you haven’t heard yet, not only are our beloved Explode trainers Cody and Emily engaged and soon to be married but they have taken their lives and careers to the next level… As of May 1st, they will be pursuing their dream and opening their own CrossFit gym in Pheonixville! When you see them at the gym, let them know they will be missed and please offer your best wishes.
