(after each exercise and each time complete 30m walk with one DB or KB extended overhead and one down at your side…WALK)

*This endurance day is built around the concept of Zone 2 Training. It is meant to be at a slow pace. So slow you should be able to carry a conversation while you work. The intention is recovery and to build aerobic capacity.
