CrossFit Explode has been a CrossFit Affiliate since 2009. The coaching staff and community at Explode is responsible for cultivating success stories ranging from CrossFit Games athletes to stay at home moms to older individuals improving quality of life. OUR MOVE60 CLASSES?
“Move60” is a class for all levels. It is a dynamic, fun, fast paced class that uses mostly body weight or light weights. Add it to your weekly schedule if you are looking to take your cardio to the next level, burn fat and knock down your fitness goals!
